We built Ordix to solve one very specific (very annoying) problem: losing your perfect desk layout after a tidy-up, or hunting for misplaced stationery 10 minutes before an important meeting. This pact outlines what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return to keep Ordix useful and welcoming for everyone.

Important note: You don't need to register an account, log in, or share any personal identifiable information to access all core features of Ordix. All functionality works right after you download the app, no extra steps required.

  A fully functional top-down shooting mode optimized for desk layout capture, with zero complicated settings required to get crisp, clear full-desk photos.

  Unlimited customizable labels for every item on your desk: mugs, notebooks, plants, mice, decorative trinkets, whatever you want to mark, we support it.

  Permanent storage of every desk layout version you upload, so you can track the evolution of your workspace over months and years, no data loss unless you choose to delete your files.

  Zero scanning or analysis of your desk layout content for ad targeting. Your workspace photos and labels are only visible to you, we never access or share them with third parties.

  Regular feature updates based on user feedback: if you have an idea to make Ordix better for your workspace needs, we're always listening.

  Don't upload photos of other people's workspaces without their explicit permission, everyone deserves privacy for their personal space.

  Don't use Ordix to store or share content that hurts, exploits, or endangers other people, keep our community kind and respectful.

  Don't attempt to disrupt Ordix services, flood our storage with unnecessary junk files, or access parts of the app that aren't intended for end users.

  If you find a bug or security flaw, let us know immediately so we can fix it for everyone, instead of misusing it.

📢 Pact Updates

We might update this pact occasionally as we add new features to Ordix or adjust how our service works. If we make any changes, we'll post a clear notification inside the app at least 15 days before the updated pact takes effect, so you have time to review the changes.
