Piko is a dedicated application designed to be your visual companion for curating and chronicling the evolution of your personal workspace. It empowers you to capture the layout of your desk through photos, freely annotate the placement of items, and meticulously document the style transformations and redesign journey over time. Piko presents a clear, visual narrative of your space's overall metamorphosis, helping you cultivate a tidy, personalized office and living area that reflects your unique workflow and aesthetic progression.

By accessing or using Piko, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. The Piko Service

1.1 Core Functionality

• Workspace Capture: You may use Piko to take overhead or other photos of your desk and workspace.
• Visual Annotation: The application allows you to add notes, labels, and drawings directly onto your photos to document item placement and layout ideas.
• Chronicle & Timeline: Piko organizes your captures into a visual timeline, enabling you to track the design evolution and style transformations of your space over days, weeks, or years.
• Organization Tools: Features are provided to help you maintain an organized environment and plan future redesigns.

1.2 No Account Required

You can begin using Piko's core features immediately without creating an account or logging in. Your data is stored locally on your device by default.

2. Your Content and Responsibilities

You retain all rights to the photos and annotations you create using Piko ("Your Content").

• You are solely responsible for Your Content, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
• You confirm that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• You should maintain backups of Your Content. Piko's primary storage is on your device.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Piko only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. You must not:

• Use Piko to create, store, or share content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use automated systems or scripts to interact with the application.
• Use Piko in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

Piko is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Piko at any time without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms of Use periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will indicate the latest version. Your continued use of Piko after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Piko and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, content, or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the application.
